1.) Cash Pickup: Using the cash pickup option you can pickup the cash from PNB (Punjab National Bank) branches in India.

How to Transfer money from Paypal to Indian Account through Xoom
1. First create a account with Xoom, you can create a free account and confirm the account using a valid email ID.
2. Login to your account and click on the “Send Money” button on the top navigation bar.
3. Enter the amount in USD and it calculates the amount in INR
4. Enter the bank account details and the recipient information
5. Next step, select the payment method. Here you need to select PayPal as the option to send money
6. This will redirect you to PayPal login page, enter your credentials and allow Xoom to withdraw the money. Once the transaction is complete, you will get a notification about the transaction. You can track your transaction online with the code.

no i don’t have any personal experience with XOOM but many of my friend done transaction and most of are success.
What are the Xoom charges for this? Its not clear in this post?
charges are different it’s depend on how much money you are transferring, one of my friend Done transaction of 120$ and he charged 12$ for it ,you can also search for coupon to save your money
