Step 1 : First Download Greenpois0n from here.

Step 2 : Now connect your ipad with computer

Step 3 : Backup all your data,songs,images and apps with itune

Step 4 : Now click on “Prepare to Jailbreak (DFU)” button & follow on-screen instructions to put your ipad in DFU mode.

Step 5 : Power off your device and connect it again. Follow the on screen instructions.
