XDA forum member mingkee has posted Step by Step Guide to save Progress of Angry Birds game. you only need a Rooted Device.

Rooting your device will void your warranty, and can cause damage. The Gadgets is in no way responsible for any damage you might cause.

Now Here is Step by Step Guide:

• In Root Explorer: go to /data/data/com.rovio.angrybirds(use corresponding names for seasons and rio)/files
• Copy the 2 files: HighScore.lua; and Settings.lua
• Remove your SD card safely, and transfer it to your other device.
• Paste the files into the same folder on your new device. Make sure to rename the old files.
• Be certain that you new change the permissions of these files in Root Explorer. Both files must have read, write, and no execute, or it will cause a reboot.
