With this News we knows that Apple planning to launch iPad 2S and not iPad 3 in coming week. Even Chinese Manufacturer of Cases has started Selling Cases for iPad 2S in market.

The iPad 2S Case claims that it is cases fit a design of 1mm thicker than the iPad 2 version design. And the Manufacturer said that Cases designed based on Apple Supply Chain given information, which means next version of iPad will be thicker than the iPad 2.
