Activate MMS Messages on Smartphone :
Samsung have gained good business. After its Galaxy family, a lot is being expected from Samsung on its every release. But recently, have heard that Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 3 created an acute problem. I heard that one of the user recently brought Galaxy Note 3, and then while working on it, he transferred SIM over to his old Galaxy S3 phone. As one of my friend suggested to try using Galaxy S3 without putting SIM and then connecting via Wi-Fi. But after this when I tried, error messages keeps popping again and again.
Then at the bottom of screen, I have noticed a message saying that, ‘Currently unable to download. Try again later’. I also checked the download part and other essential part, but found nothing pending. I also tried by removing browser to check, if that is making problem. But no, I was not able to find what is actually creating problem. The error keeps on popping again and again.
Help room and Customer desk are essential sections, which help a lot while if user like me and you get stuck in error. On asking for help, through this help-desk, they suggested that this sort of error often appear when our Smartphone is trying to download MMS messages in the background of other task.
This might sound bit odd right, but this is true piece of news. An MMS messages requires network to download messages, when connected through Wi-Fi and then handset when fails to connect through available network, it result in error.
Every question has a solution, to clear this mess, you need to open messaging application and then look for any kind of MMS message is there in your inbox. Then you need to delete those messages to clear out the issue. Then go to the Messaging app section, then to setting and scroll down to Multimedia message setting, and make sure that the option ‘Auto-retrieve’, is not selected.
This sort of problem will be surely solved, if you perform a full factory reset device. Also this is recommended to perform, if you give your phone to someone else.
